Before putting up a Mezuzah, say:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָֹה Blessed are You, Adonoy
אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, our God, King of the Universe,
אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו Who sanctified us with His commandments
וְצִוּנוּ לִקְבּֽוֹעַ מְזוּזָה: and commanded us to attach a mezuzah.
Upon erecting a protective fence around a roof or porch, say:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָֹה Blessed are You, Adonoy
אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, our God, King of the Universe,
אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו Who sanctified us with His commandments
וְצִוּנוּ and commanded us
לַעֲשׂוֹת מַעֲקֶה: to erect a [protective] barrier.
Before immersing metal or glass utensils in a Mikveh, say:
[This applies only to vessels manufactured by or purchased from a non-Jew, and are used for the preparation or in the consumption of food or drink.]
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָֹה Blessed are You, Adonoy
אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, our God, King of the Universe,
אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו Who sanctified us with His commandments
וְצִוּנוּ עַל טְבִילַת כֵּלִים: and commanded us about immersing vessels.
Separating the challah from the dough:
[When you prepare a batch of dough that is at least 3 lbs. 10.7 ounces, you must remove a kazayis piece of dough and recite the above blessing. This piece is then burned. If the dough weighs at least 2 lbs, 10 ounces but less than 3 lbs, 10.7 ounces, the kazayis piece is removed but the blessing is not recited.]
Before separating the challah from the dough, say:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָֹה Blessed are You, Adonoy
אֱלֺהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, our God, King of the Universe,
אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו Who sanctified us with His commandments
וְצִוּנוּ and commanded us
לְהַפְרִישׁ חַלָּה מִן הָעִסָּה: to separate challah from the dough.
