Reading of the Rome manuscript; Leyden and Venice: נקדים. The word is Greek νεκρός “inanimate” (adj.).

דהכא is the reading of the Rome manuscript and also the reading of the prints in the next paragraph. The word דהתם of the printed editions and the Leyden ms. is impossible; it is the Babylonian Aramaic equivalent of Galilean תמן.
