Jerusalem Talmud Shabbat 13:2

משנה: הָעוֹשֶׂה שְׁנֵי בָתֵּי נִירִין בַּנִּירִין וּבַקֵּירוֹס וּבַנָּפָה וּבַכְּבָרָה וּבַסַּל חַייָב. הַתּוֹפֵר שְׁתֵּי תְפִירוֹת וְהַקּוֹרֵעַ עַל מְנָת לִתְפּוֹר שְׁתֵּי תְפִירוֹת: MISHNAH: He who makes two mashes, [attaching them] to the cross-pieces²Where the warp is attached to the cross-beams. or to the thrums³Greak καῖρος, ὁ., of for a fine or coarse sieve, or for a basket, is liable. One who sews two stitches or who tears in order to sew two stitches⁴Is liable..

הלכה: ב׳. בַּנִּירִין. נִירַיָּא. בַּקֵּירוֹס. קַירוֹמָה. רִבִּי בָּא רַב יִרְמְיָה בְשֵׁם רַב. הַמְמַתֵּחַ צְדָדָיו בַּשַּׁבָּת חַייָב מִשּׁוּם תּוֹפֵר. נֵימַר. מִשּׁוּם תּוֹפֵר וּמִשּׁוּם קוֹשֵׁר.
