Jerusalem Talmud Pesachim 8:7

משנה: אֵין שׁוֹחֲטִין אֶת הַפֶּסַח עַל הַיָּחִיד דִּבְרֵי רִבִּי יְהוּדָה. וְרִבִּי יוֹסֵי מַתִּיר. אֲפִילּוּ חֲבוּרָה שֶׁל מֵאָה שֶׁאֵינָן יְכוֹלִין לוֹכַל כַּזַּיִת אֵין שׁוֹחֲטִין עֲלֵיהֶן. וְאֵין עוֹשִׂין חֲבוּרָה נָשִׁים וַעֲבָדִים וּקְטַנִּים׃ MISHNAH: One does not slaughter the Pesaḥ for a single person, the words of Rebbi Jehudah; but Rebbi Yose permits. One does not slaughter for a group, even of a hundred, if none of them can eat the volume of an olive¹⁰⁹Even though together they eat more than the volume of an olive., and one does not form a group of women, slaves, and minors.

הלכה: אָמַר רִבִּי יוֹחָנָן. טַעֲמֵיהּ דְּרִבִּי יוּדָה. לֹ֥א תוּכַ֖ל לִזְבּוֹחַ אֶת־הַפָּ֑סַח בְּאַחַ֣ד שְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ. מַה מְקַייֵם רִבִּי יוֹסֵי טַעֲמֵיהּ דְּרִבִּי יוּדָא. פָּתַר לָהּ כְּרִבִּי אֶלְעָזָר בֶּן מַתְיָה. דְּתַנֵּי. רִבִּי אֶלְעָזָר אוֹמֵר. יָכוֹל יְהֵא הַיָּחִיד מַכְרִיעַ עַל הַטּוּמְאָה. תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר לֹ֥א תוּכַ֖ל לִזְבּוֹחַ אֶת־הַפָּ֑סַח בְּאַחַ֣ד. אָמַר רִבִּי יוֹחָנָן. מוֹדֶה רִבִּי יוּדָה שֶׁאִם עָבַר וְזָרַק אֶת הַדָּם שֶׁהוּרְצָה. עָבַר וְשָׁחַט מַתִּירִין לוֹ לִזְרוֹק. HALAKHAH: Rebbi Joḥanan said, the season of Rebbi Jehudah: You may not sacrifice the Pesaḥ in one of your gates¹¹⁰Deut. 16:5. Halakhah 9:9, Babli 91a, 99a; Sifry Deut. #132. How does Rebbi Yose interpret Rebbi Jehudah’s reason? He explains it following Rebbi Eleazar ben Matthew, as it was stated: Rebbi Eleazar says, I could think that a single person clinches for impurity, the verse says, you may not sacrifice the Pesaḥ in one¹¹¹Cf. Chapter 7, Note 149.. Rebbi Joḥanan said, Rebbi Jehudah concedes that if he transgressed and poured, it was made acceptable; if he transgressed and slaughtered one permits him to pour.

תַּנֵּי. אֵין עוֹשִׂין חֲבוּרָה נָשִׁים וַעֲבָדִים וּקְטַנִּים מִפְּנֵי שֶׁהֵן מַרְבִּין בְּתִיפְלָה. תַּנֵּי בַּר קַפָּרָא. שֶׁלֹּא יָבִיאוּ אֶת הַקֳּדָשִׁים לִידֵי בִיזָיוֹן. רִבִּי יַעֲקֹב בַּר אָחָא בְשֵׁם רִבִּי אִיסִּי. אֵין עוֹשִׂין חֲבוּרָה שֶׁלְגֵּרִים. מִתּוֹךְ שֶׁהֵן [מְקוּלְקָלִין אֵין] מְדַקְדְּקִין בּוֹ. וְהֵם מֵבִיאִין אוֹתוֹ לִידֵי פְסוּל. It was stated: one does not form a group of women, slaves, and minors, since they increase lewd behavior¹¹²Without the presence of adult free males.. Bar Qappara stated, because they bring sancta to disqualification¹¹³Cf. Šabbat 11, Note 58.. Rebbi Jacob bar Aḥa in the name of Rebbi Issy: One does not form a group from proselytes. Since they are [faulty they are not]¹¹⁴The text in brackets is an addition at the margin of the ms. The text without the addition is that of the Babli 91b, the text with the addition is quoted there by Tosaphot s.v. שמא. diligent about it and bring it to disqualification.
