משנה: זָרַק אֶת הָאֶבֶן לִרְשׁוּת הָרַבִּים וְהָרַג הֲרֵי זֶה גּוֹלֶה. רִבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר בֶּן יַעֲקֹב אוֹמֵר אִם מִשֶּׁיָּצָאת הָאֶבֶן מִיָּדוֹ וְהוֹצִיא הַלָּה אֶת רֹאשׁוֹ וְקִיבְּלָהּ הֲרֵי זֶה פָּטוּר. MISHNAH: If one threw a stone into the public domain and it killed someone, he is exiled14As negligent homicide.. Rebbi Eliezer ben Jacob says, if after the stone left his hand, the other one stuck out his head and received it, he15The thrower’s is not liable.
